So there seems to be no other Computer Game Centers here in Tampa Florida anymore. It looks like the last of them have shut down and are now replaced by places like Q-zar and Xtreme Fun Center. It looks like the best we have is Winter Park Florida. NEXT LEVEL Lan. They seem to be alive and kicking and should offer what some LAN Party people are looking for. Well we had to do it so we went out of business. No one was coming in so we shut the store doors....
It doesn't look like we were the only ones either. Most of the Tampa Computer Game Centers have shut down as well. SO what do we do with the blog. Nothing. HAHA I guess that would be the best thing but then again why stop providing information about gaming in Tampa. We are the location that had the most going on while we were open and so now lets provide a place where the information can be found. Tampa is still a Computer Game place and there are still gamers out there. So contact us if you still know of places to get together to game.

Battlefield2 Tournament (5v5) this weekend

Last night was a Tournament Server Test Night. So We scheduled a Scrim between some of the better teams that play at XFG. We test the Tournament Timing, and the starting, stopping and choosing of maps. We also determined that the Time for each match is going to be lowered to 15 minutes for each round. Saturday should be a fantastic turnout and based on how the Scrim went Wednesday night Team XFG can be Beat when we play 4 players. HAHA. Sign up the day of starting at HIGH noon. It's a WAR for bragging rights and CASH. Bring your A-Game or stay at home!

HALO 2 TOURNAMENT (2v2) June 17th

Our next Halo 2 Tournament is June 17th. The one after that is July 15th. Thats right keeping with our schedule of the third weekend of every month. This tournament we raised the entry fee because of popular demand for more cash for the winners. Entry is $15.00 for non-members and $10.00 for Members. The regular xfg tournament configuration will be used and we have already had quite a few calls confirming the tournament will be held.
